Who the helll is Android Data Corp anyway?
If you type in “Android Data Corporation” in google you can’t even find a URL to go to. Nevertheless, this company is suing Google, the Open Handset Alliance, KDDI Corporation, NTT DoCoMo, Softbank, Spring Nextel, T-Mobile, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, Vodafone, AKM Semiconductor, Audience, ARM, Atheros, Broadcom, Ericsson, Intel, Marvell Semiconductor, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Sirf Technology, Synaptics, Texas Instruments, Asustek, IITC, Huawei, LG Electronics, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Toshiba, Ascender, Ebay, Living Image, Myriad, Nuance Communications, Omron Software, Packet Video,SkyPop, Sonivox, Aplix, Borqs, Noser Engineering, TAT – the Astonishing Tribe, Teleca, Wind River, Garmin International and apparetly anyone using the name Android.

The trademark for the name Android Data was filed on the 4th of June 2000 and granted on the 22nd October 2002. Google filed an application for the word “Android” on the 31st October 2007 and it wasn’t granted for the mentioned reasons. Patiently, Erich Specht waited a couple of years to sue everybody and cash out. It is more than obvious that Mr. Specht is after the money, the question is how much will he settle for. Rumors are… 100 million.

You think that the real Android Data would shwo up in a google serch, The Google compny that is trying to smash Android Data?

“Erich Specht waited 5 years to sue everybody” I have never evan heard of google Android untell today.

“Google left itself open to the legal problems after it applied for a trademark for Android in October of 2007 and was denied.” how long did it take before google was denied the trade mark? a year or 2? that brings us to 2009. This cuts your 5 year time frame down to 2 years or less. So could could supect Mr. Specht might not have been ready for google to power slam his trademark. So your time frame is a little off….more like a year for the a law suit or less. Looks like Mr. Specht is on the ball and protecting his trademark. from the Oger know as Google.

Too bad google is bias. Google is blocking users from finding anything about
    Android Data Corp (http://www.erichspecht.com/index.html)

If they have nothing to fear nor hide they should not care and give users searchs they want as oppose to blocking them.

if you do a Yahoo search you will find Android data Corp.

I am quitting Google and moving to Yahoo!

Of course, Google is biased, but Microsoft’s Live is, if anything, biased the other way…

… and their search results are identical to Google’s.

    Obvious Troll is Obvious.
